What areas do you serve?
Our core service area runs from Sturgeon Falls to Mattawa and from Burk's Falls north to Temagami, including North Bay, Powassan, South River, Sundridge and communities in between.
Do you offer recurring house cleaning?
Yes. You can request weekly, every-two-week, every-four-week or custom recurring service. We start with the home and priorities you actually have rather than forcing every customer into one checklist.
Can I book a one-time deep clean?
Yes. Deep cleaning is available for homes that need a more detailed reset, seasonal cleaning, pre-event cleaning or simply a stronger first visit before recurring service.
Do you clean homes before or after a move?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleaning focuses on the empty or nearly empty home so kitchens, bathrooms, floors, trim and reachable surfaces can be cleaned before handoff or move-in.
How is my estimate calculated?
We look at the size of the home, bathrooms, current condition, requested frequency, pets, special priorities, access and travel. That produces a more useful estimate than pretending every three-bedroom home takes the same amount of work.
What is Full White Paw Service?
It is the service standard behind the fun name: confirm priorities, work methodically room by room, respect the home and surfaces, use a clear checklist, communicate anything unusual and finish with a final look before leaving.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Supply preferences and any product restrictions should be confirmed with the estimate. If you have surfaces that require specific products, note that before the visit.
Can you work around pets?
Pets can often be accommodated, but the safest arrangement depends on the animal and the home. Tell us what pets are present and whether any rooms or doors require special attention.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. Access arrangements can be discussed with the estimate. The important part is that entry, alarm, pet and lock-up instructions are clear before the appointment.
Can I request only certain rooms?
Yes. A cleaning estimate can be built around selected rooms or priority areas if that is a better fit than a whole-home service.
Do you guarantee a fixed cleaning time?
The goal is to scope the work accurately, but homes vary. If the actual condition is substantially different from what was described, the scope should be discussed rather than rushing or silently changing the job.
